BRXIT - Customs charges and VAT are the customers liability - you will need to pay the extra to get the items sent to you. Sorry but nothing we can do at the moment to help.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Here at sci-fi-models, we make every effort to keep delivery charges as low as possible, some products are solid resin casts and therefore are quite heavy. Every product is protected with strong boxes, tape, and expertly packed. Please allow upto five+ (5+) weeks before shipping will take place. All items are made to order, so please be patient!

The speed of postage (after the usual five (5) week build time) usually means:

10-14 days (for all UK orders) 

10-14 days (for all of Europe)

10-14 days (for the USA and rest of the world)

Sometimes delays are unavoidable - we will always try and let you know if there is a problem but we would ask you to please contact us if you have any concerns over your order.

The prices quoted for our products do not include the delivery charge. All shipping charges are calculated automaticaly when you select a shipping option from the shopping cart. All shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the selected products and the destination.

We will contact you by telephone or e-mail if there are any unexpected delays.

Returns Policy You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
